History of Lovol Tractors

Currently, tractors are one of the main means of production in industries vital to humans, such as agriculture. It can be predicted with confidence that in the foreseeable future the special role of tractors will only become stronger. For this reason, the improvement of tractor designs, aimed at improving their consumer qualities, is a continuous process, which is additionally accelerated by new opportunities in science and technology.

 

In recent decades, Chinese engineering products have been steadily conquering world sales markets. The basis for such expansion is the development of modern production technologies by leading Chinese enterprises, and, as a result, a stable increase in the quality of their products while reducing their cost. The production of tractor equipment is no exception to this process.

 

The development strategy of Lovol Heavy Industry Co., Ltd, China's largest manufacturer of agricultural and construction equipment, is also based primarily on the intensive introduction of the latest design and technological developments into production. Occupying a leading position in the Chinese special equipment market, Lovol Group also supplies its products to almost 120 countries around the world.

Lovol managed to brilliantly solve a complex and ambitious task: to carry out a deep modernization of Foton tractors of all series, significantly improving their consumer properties - operational efficiency, comfort, ease of operation and maintenance, reliability, safety, while preventing the transition of new tractors.

The main differences between the third generation of Lovol tractors and previously produced models:

1.New design. Lovol tractors of the third generation of all series, from mini-tractors to the most powerful ones, are immediately recognizable due to the uniform design solutions implemented in the design of all new machines. It should be noted that Lovol Group is always responsible for the design of equipment manufactured under the Lovol brand, as evidenced by the repeated awards of the prestigious international design competition "Red Dot Award".

2.Comfortable cab. Cab of the 3rd generation Lovol TX 1204 tractor In terms of comfort, the cab of the third generation tractors resembles the interior of a modern middle-class car. The first thing that immediately catches your eye is the flat floor of the cab without a transmission tunnel (although the tunnel remained on tractors with a 24-35 hp engine, but it is much lower than on previous models). Due to the flat floor, the tractors are equipped with a comfortable Grammer air seat. The space in front of the operator has been significantly increased, the transmission and hydraulic control levers are conveniently grouped in the right zone of the workplace.

3. Synchronized gearbox. The third generation tractors are equipped with mainly synchronized gearboxes with a reduction range reducer, which, in combination with a double-plate clutch, provides smooth and precise shifting of gears and ranges. There are tractors with a reverse gear, the use of which increases the efficiency of the tractor using cyclic technologies.

4. Updated engine. Lovol TD 1054-III Engine High torque diesel engine meets modern environmental standards. Reliable engine start in the cold season is provided by electric glow plugs, which are installed on all cylinders. The fuel tanks of the new tractors have an increased capacity, which allows to increase the operating time without refueling.

5.Modernized control systems. The hydraulic system is equipped with an enlarged hydraulic tank. The increased volume of hydraulic fluid makes it possible to connect active working bodies with a hydraulic drive to the hydraulic system of the tractor, for example, a front loader, a snow blower or excavator equipment, while the surface of the hydraulic tank contributes to better cooling of the hydraulic fluid.
