History of Antonio Carraro

The Antonio Carraro plant is known primarily for its proven durable gearboxes and transmissions, which are also globally recognized and used by many other manufacturers of agricultural, construction and forestry equipment. A feature of AC tractors is also the presence on most models of full reverse, designed for multiple switching and high resistance to rollover, a perfect all-wheel drive system with differential locks and axle disengagement.

The owner of the plant, the Carraro family, has been manufacturing tractors since 1910. Tractor units and assemblies are being improved from year to year, bringing their simplicity and functionality to perfection, increasing the warranty period to 24 months of the standard and up to 24 months of the extended warranty additionally.

Antonio Carraro produces four model lines of tractors:

Tractor people are universal tractors for agriculture, forestry, warehouse, municipal services and construction of a wide range of power, tractive effort and overall dimensions. In the series, in particular, there are models for working under branches and in rooms with low ceilings.

Groundcare - tractors and combined machines for landscaping, landscaping, maintenance of green spaces, territories, performance of tasks of warehouse, road and municipal services, small agricultural enterprises.

Dolce vita - compact tractors for maintenance of estates, small agricultural enterprises, landscaping, use in greenhouses and premises.

Mach 4 - Quad Tractor: a crawler tractor with a folding frame and four independent rubber tracks that follow the terrain. The tractor is designed for a wide range of tasks where stability and smoothness of the ride, cross-country ability and stability are needed, at high transport speed (like in wheeled models). The original tracked drive system allows the tractor to extremely efficiently realize tractive effort without falling into fragile ground or snow.

Yanmar motors (Japan), used on most of the tractor models of the plant, are distinguished by high torque, well thought-out design and durability, and comply with the current European standards for combustion products.

VM motors (Italy), like Yanmar, are also lightweight, which frees up additional lifting capacity for mounted and tractor-mounted implements.

MACH 4 Quadtrack

Mach 4 (87hp) is a reversible articulated quadrangle designed specifically for agriculture. Four rubber tracks ensure stability on steep slopes and continuous traction on slippery, loose ground and snow. The Mach 4 is designed to work in the most extreme conditions, regardless of weather and ground conditions. It has better comfort than traditional tractors: 4 independent tracks moving in sync to minimize uneven ground. The stability of the Mach 4 is guaranteed by its low center of gravity. Tracks evenly follow the relief, eliminating soil damage. Thanks to the Actio ™ chassis, the MACH4 is extremely easy to handle when driving in tight spaces and in tight corners. Equipped with a Rev-Guide RGS ™ system and a JPM ™ joystick, the reversible post greatly simplifies the operation of all equipment. The MACH4 has significantly more traction, allowing road travel with a maximum speed of up to 25mph (optional). Another major plus, on request, the MACH4 can be equipped with a StarLight cab for maximum operating comfort.
