Hamm Roller Tractors History
The company was founded by Franz and Anton Hamm in 1878 in Tirschenreuth as the Gebr HAMM automotive production plant in Tirschenreuth. Already in 1899, the company achieved its intended success and due popularity due to the production of high-quality equipment for use in agriculture. The first Hamm skating rink was built in 1911, from this event the glorious history of Hamm skating rinks begins, which to this day are among the best in the world. Having carried out the renovation of the workshop equipment in 1928, the Hamm company focuses its capacities exclusively on the production of road rollers. In the post-war 1950s, Hamm brings its products to the world market. In 1963, Hamm became the world's first manufacturer and marketer of a four wheel drive pneumatic road compactor. Since 1983, the company has been producing vibratory rollers, and since 1992, in cooperation with the Wirtgen production group, the product range has been expanded with models of hydrostatic soil stabilizers and soil processing machines. Hamm has been part of the Wirtgen Group together with Wirtgen and Vögele since 1999.

3000 series, Hamm 3205, 3307, 3307 HT, 3410, 3411, 3412, 3412 HT, 3414, 3414 HT, 3516, 3516 HT, 3518, 3518 HT, 3520, 3520 HT, 3518 HT, 3520, 3520 HT, 3518 HT for soil compaction, have a working weight from 5,350 to 24,960 kg, the width of the working area of the rollers is from 1,370 to 2,220 mm. Road rollers with a smooth tire have a full hydrostatic drive, are equipped with an automatic traction force control system, an automatic differential lock and are aggregated with engines ranging from 57 to 237 hp. The rollers are also equipped with the HAMMTRONIC electronic engine control system.
