History of Jonsered Tractors
The Swedish company Jonsered is a manufacturer of garden and park equipment, which has gained its popularity, primarily due to the production of a wide range of chainsaws. Today the company has about 20 plants in 10 different countries.
The main production facilities are concentrated in Sweden, Norway and the United States. The products are successfully sold in more than 30 countries. The company's dealer network consists of 6,000 organizations. The products fully comply with environmental safety standards.
The Jonsered factory was founded in 1934 in the Swedish village of the same name. It was here in 1954 that the first chainsaw was released, so light that only one person could work with it. A year after this product, the world saw the company's first brushcutter, after which the planned release of new equipment became the norm for the company.
The company's philosophy shows that small details make a big difference, which is why the company's specialists pay attention to even seemingly small details in their developments.
The first Jonsered chainsaw was released in 1954. Since then, they have been repeatedly modified and improved. The company pays great attention to the quality of its equipment and makes sure that each subsequent model is more durable, ergonomic, economical and safe to use.
