From the very beginning to the present day, the management and staff of the company have been working on the creation and production of a machine that is unique in its capabilities and meets all the requirements of a demanding consumer. All these years they have been producing and improving machines with unique wide capabilities, using all the technical achievements in the world practice of creating construction machines. The main difference between the design and engineering ideas of HUDDIG AB employees is the creation of high-quality, resource-saving and cost-effective equipment for performing many tasks.
Owners of HUDDIG equipment have access to a wide range of additional equipment with a wide range of features that give great advantages over using other equipment. The company's strategy is based on ambition, knowledge and the desire to make the best machines.
All new machines manufactured by Huddig AB are warranted for 2000 hours or 12 months from delivery to the customer. Huddig is also responsible for these machines after the warranty period, and is therefore ready to help the customer in every possible way also afterwards.
Diagnostics and update
Huddig's unique Telematik system means that Huddig technicians or Huddig authorized service stations can perform both diagnostics and software updates directly on the backhoe loader's central computer, no matter where it is on the planet - the only requirement is GSM network coverage ! To ensure the security and integrity of the system, it is not possible to make calls to the machine without the knowledge and consent of the operator.
Before establishing a connection to the maintenance computer, the message on the backhoe loader information display must be acknowledged by pressing a button. Unauthorized personnel are unable to connect to the machine due to the protection of this technology with special software and passwords.
